Patient Communications Specialist- Part Time, up to 32 hours per week. On Site

The Patient Communication Specialist is the patient’s first point of contact with Harmony Women’s Care. They ensure prompt and professional communication across multiple electronic platforms and in person to assist patients with booking appointments (to include telehealth), filling out necessary documentation and monitoring accuracy within the patient charts.
