1. Patient Advocate
The Patient Advocate ensures that our patients feel secure, listened to, and cared for. The Advocate welcomes the patient, conducts an intake interview, and accompanies her through the entire appointment. The Advocate addresses the emotional and spiritual needs of the patient, and introduces her to the nurse, who addresses her physical concerns. The Patient Advocate ensures that the patient’s appointment adheres to our multistep process.

2. Nurse
The Nurse provides compassionate, professional medical care to patients throughout their visit. The Nurse addresses physical health concerns by conducting assessments, performing pregnancy and STD testing, providing treatment as indicated, and completing early obstetric ultrasounds. Working collaboratively with the Patient Advocate, the Nurse ensures each appointment follows the clinic’s established process while equipping patients with accurate medical information and quality care
